A monthly cheese box delivered to your door, all subscription orders are dispatched in the first week of the month. Price includes delivery - at the checkout, select any delivery date to complete the order - this will not affect the Subscription Delivery Date as specified.

The name K-SEIN FROMAGERIE is a play on words based on the protein casein, which is essential in the process of turning milk into cheese. There are two main types: α-casein and κ-casein, both vital in forming the structure of cheese during coagulation. The name also connects to the Latin word caseus, meaning cheese, symbolizing the origins of the word itself. I deliberately altered "casein" with a "K" and a hyphen to break conventions, reflecting an innovative approach to cheese.

We are a cheese shop with an import licence and a family-owned, independent business with no financial partner. We choose at the source, purchase directly in Europe, and import ourselves. This ensures clear communication with each producer, freshness, and consistent quality. We handle customs clearance and work with Australian and European cheese maker to secure special grades just for us. When a cheese needs time, we age it in-house so it reaches you at its peak. No marketing fluff—just honest cheese.

We really enjoy the monthly cheese club and the fantastic selection of many different soft and hard cheeses. We love getting the notes about each of the cheeses and where they are made - often with a very interesting history.
My knowledge has expanded greatly and I always look forward to the treat of discovering new cheeses with each monthly selection
I received a voucher for my retirement present. I chose a small platter and a couple of other cheeses. They were delivered to my door well packed. The cheeses were delicious. Such a good combination of hard and soft, local and OS cheeses. So yummy!
Delicious treat! So smooth and delicate, at the same time, not overly salty.

I have a friend who had a hip replacement and wanted to send her something special. I sent her the two cheeses, sauccison and fig paste. She was thrilled with the items, they were delivered by refrigerated vans, arrived chilled. She has kept one of the rinds to put in a soup, the other cheese had a maple leaf wrapped around it
Before choosing this cheese box I researched many others and was attracted to KS by the simplicity of the box; some of the others include wine, etc. which I worry would detract from the quality of the cheese. I love that the KS box is "just cheese".
The only thing I would change is that it would be nice to have some commentary on the cheeses. If printing such commentary is a problem, it could be an email newsletter.
An excellent, varied selection of optimally matured cheeses - a delicious Delice, a tangy Gippsland blue, and a creamy, nutty Comte. A great addition to our Christmas table !
I ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter and her family. She tells me that the most gorgeous box of delicious, well-chosen cheeses were delivered and she is very happy. So am I for her, if envious that I can’t share from the UK
A beautiful creamy blue cheese with subtle but complex flavours. The buffalo milk cheese has a lovely texture.
Wow! This cheese has the most incredibly rich and interesting flavours. There’s a new discovery with every bite!
