Theirs is a romance was foretold by the stars. The quince paste has a rich but restrained sweetness which more than meets the spicy, salty tang of this creamy blue cheese. We’ve done the hard work for you, all you have to do is serve on St Valentines Day.

- André Clouet ‘Grande Réserve’ Grand Cru Champagne 375ml is a stunning Champagne produced by the Clouet family Bouzy, France. This well balanced pinot noir champagne features notes gentle spice and honey with a soft finish.
- Brillat Savarin 200g – selected by Will Studd – a luscious French triple crème cheese matured under a complex combination of moulds & yeasts, it pairs brilliantly with the effervescence of Champagne.
