Crémeux de Bourgogne aux Truffes is a decadent triple crème cheese from the Burgundy region of France. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk enriched with crème fraîche and delicately layered with truffle, this soft-ripened cheese is presented in a 200g wheel, packaged like a miniature aging cave—an homage to traditional French affinage.
