Bee One Third is an Australian beekeeping collective dedicated to reconnecting communities with the essential role pollinators play in our food system, health, and environment. Working with neighbourhood apiaries along the east coast of Australia, they have been producing raw, local honey since 2012 using time-honoured beekeeping practices.
This A-grade raw honeycomb is carefully selected from regional and suburban hives for its purity, colour, flavour, and — most importantly — its delicate wax density, ensuring a soft, clean mouthfeel. The honey itself is textural, rich, and bold, with rounded, malted notes and natural depth.
Export-level and completely unprocessed, this premium virgin honeycomb makes a striking addition to any cheese board or seasonal menu. It pairs beautifully with aged and crystalline cheeses, blue cheeses, or fresh curds, and is equally at home simply spread over warm crumpets.
