Printable Cheese NoteTentation (tahn-tah-seeon) is a triple crème cheese made from whole milk with added crème fraîche. With a spoonable texture, a rich sour flavour and a creamy mouthfeel. Perfect at anytime of the day; smeared on dense fruit bread, served with strawberries and Champagne.
Created in the region of Lyon, using the same recipe as Saint Marcellin(another famous cheese from this region). A Lyonnaise cheese maker decided to tweak this recipe with the addition of his unsold cream.
