This selection of beautiful French goats milk cheese are made by master cheese maker Monsieur Pierre Jacquin between the Touraine, Berry and Sologne regions of France in the Loire Valley; a region famous for its goat’s milk cheeses and commonly referred to as The Garden of France. Fromagerie Jacquin Pierre was established in 1947. Today, the dairy is managed by two generations of Jacquin using knowledge passed on from generation to generation in the region for many centuries.
